Weekly: $475 $250 $99
Monthly: $2,600 $1,700 $1,000 $99
Two Months or More: $2,400
Refund Policy: 100% (less $200 cancellation fee) if requested in writing prior to September 1st. 50% (less $200 cancellation fee) if requested during September, October, November. No vacation home refunds after November 30th.

*Each vacation home allows for a maximum of two occupants. A $1000.00 refundable security deposit is required at the time of reservation (See Refund Policy, if stay is cancelled). Additionally, a non-refundable cleaning fee of $99 is added to the balance. All guests are required to complete and pay for a background check for stays over 30 nights, at a cost of $50 per person. Other terms may apply.
Décor & Furnishing Package Include:
FURNISHINGS:

Couch, chair, end table with lamp, flat screen TV, dining table with four chairs, entrance rugs, and night stand with clock.
KITCHEN:

Pots and pans, glasses, coffee mugs, dishes, place mats, silverware and knives, mixing bowls, stirring spoons and spatula, can opener, measuring spoons, coffee pot, toaster, paper towel holder, dish drainer, and dish towels.
BATH:

Rug, bath towels for two, toilet brush, and plunger.
ACCESSORIES:
Bed linens, clothes hangers, vacuum, broom and dust pan, and Swiffer.
